  • Clause 1.4(vi) will be updated to clarify that it applies to both Supply Addresses and Small Customers.
  • Addition of a new clause 4.3 ‘Notice to move you to a cheaper Energy Plan’ in section ‘The duration of this Market Contract’ section outlining that AGL may switch you to a new, lower cost energy plan with notice to you in circumstances where permitted by the Regulatory Requirements.
  • Removal of clause ‘Pay On Time Discount’ clause (9.2) and the associated defined term, as AGL no longer offers this type of discount under an AGL Market Retail Contract.

  • Minor administrative and clarificatory changes required to implement upcoming regulatory changes.
