If you need more time to pay your bill you can request a payment extension in My Account or the AGL app.
Use My Account
- In the My Account 'Overview' tab, find the bill you'd like more time to pay
- Select 'Payment assistance'
- Select 'Extend my due date'
- Select the number of extra days you need

Use the AGL app
- In the AGL app 'Billing' tab, tap your bill
- Tap 'Payment assistance'
- Tap 'Set up' next to Payment Extension
If you're having trouble, send us a message in My Account or the AGL app. Have your account number and recent bill handy.
