In the Event of Emergency

If you are experiencing a gas emergency, you may need to contact your Gas Distributor for more information.

What is the difference between a Retailer and a Distributor?

As your Energy Retailer, AGL is responsible for managing your electricity and/or gas account. We work together with the distributor in your area to arrange gas and electricity supply at your property.

Your Distributor, who is independent of AGL, is responsible for the poles and wires, gas pipes and reliability of energy supply in your area. They make it possible for energy to be distributed to your property.

Who is Your Gas Distributor?

Each Gas Distributor is responsible for certain areas and your Gas Distributor is determined by where your property is located.

Please enter all required information below to search for your Gas Distributor. Please note that some suburbs may have more than one Gas Distributor.
