From time to time your solar status may be unavailable. However, this does not necessarily mean that there is an issue with your solar system. It means we’re unable to assess how your solar system is performing.
If your status has changed from Green or Amber to Unavailable, it could be down to the following:
Missing data - normally we receive data daily from the distributor about your energy use, but we may not have received it recently. Once this data is provided, your status should be updated.
Installing a solar battery - the installation of a solar battery will also prevent us from estimating your solar energy production. If you have installed a solar battery, we are no longer able to provide you with a Solar Status.
Unavailable Status will also occur if you have had your solar system for less than 30 days, or recently installed a solar battery.
