How to change your internet or mobile SIM plan

You can change your AGL internet or mobile SIM plan once a month with no fee, in My Account or the AGL app:

  1. Go to the Overview tab.
  2. Scroll to ‘My Internet and Mobile’ and select View my services.
  3. Scroll to your plan and select Manage my service.
  4. Select Change my plan, then follow the steps.
