How to change your internet or mobile SIM plan
You can change your AGL internet or mobile SIM plan once a month with no fee, in My Account or the AGL app:
- Go to the Overview tab.
- Scroll to ‘My Internet and Mobile’ and select View my services.
- Scroll to your plan and select Manage my service.
- Select Change my plan, then follow the steps.
