How to change your internet plan

You can change your internet plan once a month with no fee, in My Account or the AGL app.

Change internet plans in My Account

  1. Log in to My Account and go to Overview.
  2. Scroll down to My Internet and Mobile to find your plan and select Manage plan.
  3. View your plan and select Change my plan, then follow the steps.

Change internet plans in the AGL app

  1. In the AGL app go to Overview and select the nbn tile. 
  2. Under Settings, tap View Plan
  3. Select Change my plan, then follow the steps. 

If you’re upgrading to a higher-speed plan, we’ll let you know during checkout if we recommend a new modem for your plan.

How to change your mobile plan

You can change your mobile SIM plan once a month with no fee, through My Account or the AGL app.

Change mobile plans in My Account

  1. Log in to My Account and go to Overview.
  2. Scroll down to My Internet and Mobile to find your plan and select Manage plan.
  3. View your plan and select Change my plan, then follow the steps.

Change mobile plans in the AGL app

  1. In the AGL app go to Overview and select the Mobile tile.
  2. Under Settings, tap View Plan.
  3. Select Change my plan, then follow the steps.

Once you’ve changed your plan, we’ll send you an SMS confirming the new plan details.
