View the details of your current energy plan and check discounts.

Find details about your plan

You can find the details of your current plan (including tariffs) online in My Account:

  1. Select 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu in the top right corner
  2. On the 'Property and plans' tab, select 'Edit' next to your plan name to view its details and tariffs.

The name of your current energy plan is also printed on Page 2 of your bill, under 'Your electricity supply details', while details of any current discounts can be found under 'New charges and credits'.

View your most recent bill

To view your most recent bill in My Account, go to the 'Billing' tab and select 'Download your PDF bill'.

To view your most recent bill in the AGL app, go to the 'Billing' tab, select a recent bill and tap 'View PDF'.

If you currently receive your bills by post and want to switch to digital billing, you can learn more about receiving your bills online at eBilling.

Compare and change energy plans

To compare and change your electricity or gas plan:

  1. From My Account, in the 'Online services' section, select 'Change plan'
  2. Select electricity, gas or both, then select 'Continue'.

From here you'll be able to compare your current AGL plan against other AGL offers and select a new one.
