How to change your energy plan

You can change your energy plan anytime in My Account or the AGL app.

Change energy plans in My Account

1. Log in to My Account and go to Account Settings using the drop-down menu in the top right corner
2. Select Property and plans and scroll down to the Change plans section
3. Select Start, then follow the steps to choose your new plan.

Change energy plans in the AGL app

1. In the AGL app go to Overview and select your electricity or gas usage
2. Scroll down and select Manage Plan
3. Select Manage in the top right corner, then follow the steps to change energy plans.
