How to update your contact and personal details on your energy account.

Update contact details

My Account

To update your email address, mobile number or mailing address in My Account, first select your name in the top right corner and then select 'Profile'.

To update your email address or mobile number:

  1. In the 'Personal Details' tab, go to 'Email' or 'Mobile' and select 'Edit'.
  2. Update your email address or mobile number and select ‘Update Contact Details'.

To update your mailing address:

In the 'Personal Details' tab go to ‘Mailing address' and select 'Chat'.

The chat window will open, and our Virtual Assistant will help you update your mailing address.

AGL app

To update your email address or mobile number in the AGL app:

Go to 'Account' then 'Settings' then 'Contact Details'.

Update your email address or mobile number and select 'Update Contact Details'.

Update your personal details

To update or correct your name, title or date of birth, we need to first confirm your identity. For us to do this and then update your account, you can get in touch with us.
