How to update your contact and personal details on your energy account.

Update contact details

To update your email address or mobile number in My Account:

  1. Select your name in the top left corner and then select 'Profile'
  2. In the 'Personal Details' tab, go to 'Email' or 'Mobile' and select 'Edit'
  3. Update your email address or mobile number and click ‘Update Contact Details’.

To update your email address or mobile number in the AGL app:

  1. Go to 'Account' then 'Setting' then 'Contact Details'
  2. Enter your new email address or mobile number and click ‘Update Contact Details’.

Update your personal details

To update or correct your mailing address, name, title or date of birth, we need to first confirm your identity. For us to do this and then update your account, you can get in touch with us.
