- In the AGL App 'Account' tab, tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Login Details' then 'Update Email'
- Enter your new email address and tap 'Send Code'
- A one-time code will be sent to your new email address
- Enter the code and tap ‘Save’
- In My Account select your name in the top right corner, then 'Profile'
- On the ‘Login details’ tile, find 'Login email' then select 'Edit'
- Enter your new email and select ‘Send code'
- A one-time code will be sent to your new email address
- Enter the code and select ‘Save’

Update login mobile
- In the AGL App 'Account' tab, tap 'Settings' then ‘Contact details’
- Enter your mobile number and tap 'Update contact details'
- This will update your contact and login mobile automatically
- In My Account select your name in the top right corner, then 'Profile'
- On the ‘Mobile’ tile select ‘Edit'
- Enter your mobile number and select 'Update contact details'
- This will update your contact and login mobile automatically
- In the AGL App 'Account' tab, tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Login Details' then 'Update Password'
- Enter your new password and tap 'Update Password'
- In My Account select your name in the top right corner, then 'Profile'
- On the ‘Login details’ tile, find 'Login password' and select 'Edit'
- Enter your new password and select ‘Update Password'
Error message when updating login details
You could get an error message when you try to:
- update your email address
- verify your mobile number
- link a social account
- create a password.
