Pay your bill online or make payments easier through My Account or the AGL app.

Easily manage your bills online

Quickly manage and update your credit and debit card payment details and make one-off payments via My Account or the AGL app. If you want to view or edit your direct debit or PayPal details, pay a bill using BPAY or make a one-off payment, you can also do that through My Account.

Make a payment

You can pay your energy bill below or learn about the different Ways to pay your bill. For mobile and internet accounts, visit Pay your telecommunications bill.

To pay an energy bill, start by entering your bill reference number below. You can find this number under 'payment options' on the back of your AGL bill or on page 2 of your online bill. To access your online bill, head to My Account or the AGL app.
