Priority Assistance: Priority riority Assistance is a service for residential customers who have (or have an individual at their residence who has been) diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. This service feature is designed to provide the highest level of service available, at any time, in the event of a service failure. Unfortunately, at this time, AGL Telco cannot offer Priority Assistance. We therefore recommend that you take this into consideration when proceeding with an application.
