From 1 October 2016, fees will apply to paper bills and over the counter payments.
We’re introducing fees for the issuing of paper bills and for over the counter payments. We may apply the paper bill fee to each bill we send to you by post. We may apply the over the counter payment fee when you make a payment in-person with Post Billpay® at a Post Office.

Rest assured, the new fees won’t apply to you if you are registered for a concession with us or if you’re part of our Staying Connected hardship program. If you are eligible for a concession and haven’t registered it with us, please call us on the number below.

To set up Direct Debit, simply log into AGL Energy Online, select ‘Direct Debit’ and complete the online form.
Pay your bill anytime, anywhere with BPAY. It’s set up directly through your bank account, and allows you to pay either online or over the phone. Simply use our BPAY Biller Code and your AGL Reference Number to pay your bill via your online or phone banking.
