The terms and conditions set out in the Critical Information Summary and Customer Terms apply to your services with us (Southern Phone Company Ltd ABN 42 100 901 184 trading as AGL Telecommunications). Please read these before signing up. 

Privacy 

Our Privacy Policy, available here, sets out how we collect, use and disclose your personal information (including to market to you and transfer that information overseas) and your rights to access and correct that information. You agree that we and other AGL Group members (AGL Energy Limited and its related companies) may use your personal information to market to you (including by SMS/MMS, email, phone and postal mail) unless you tell us otherwise, and that we and other AGL Group members may collect, use and disclose personal information to each other, including your date of birth, customer number, marketing preferences, information about complaints, hardship attributes, billing and payment information and usage and consumption information. You also consent to us and other AGL Group members collecting, using and disclosing to each other certain sensitive information (such as whether you require priority assistance or life support, where that reveals health information).

Credit assessment

You acknowledge that your application is subject to a successful credit assessment by us. You consent to AGL Group members disclosing information about you and your application to credit reporting bodies to get credit reporting information about you, and to use information about your creditworthiness to assess your application. Credit reporting bodies may include your personal information in reports to us as part of the credit check. Details of the credit reporting bodies we use, the information about you that we give them (including unpaid debts), how we collect, use and disclose your credit-related personal information and your rights relating to that information, are set out in our Privacy Policy available here.
