Organise your business relocation

Small or medium business

To organise your relocation online, go to Moving premises. If you're moving in the next three business days, get in contact with us to avoid delays.

You'll be able to track your move on the Move Tracker.

Large and multi-site business

For large business, your move can be arranged by getting in touch with our New Connections team. More information is available on Large business relocation.

Types of business customers

A small to medium business is one that spends less than $30,000 (incl GST) annually on electricity or $50,000 (incl GST) on gas.

A large or multi-site business is one that spends more than this or has more than 10 sites.

Moving costs

Costs associated with connection or disconnection will differ from state to state. It will also depend on whether the distributor needs to send someone to complete a meter read. For small business, message us in My Account or get in touch with us. For large business, get in contact with our Large Business team on 1300 793 477.

Moving in

You can arrange a new meter installation at your location through our new connections platform or by getting in contact with the New Connections team on 1800 680 430. You'll also be able to arrange for a meter removal (abolishment).

If you require more than 250 amps, you'll need to contact our Large Business team on 1300 793 477.

Moving out

When your move is completed and your old services have been disconnected, you'll be sent a final bill. Small to medium businesses can organise the disconnection and your final bill by contacting us. Large businesses can contact our Large Business team on 1300 793 477.
