Credit refund process
A credit refund can take up to 7 business days to be processed and sent to your nominated bank account or card.
Be sure to check your bank account regularly to ensure it has arrived. If the payment source is different, a proof of payment or ownership may be required and could take longer. We'll let you know if the payment was dishonoured or if there are any other issues. If you've got your mobile number listed with us, you'll get an SMS detailing the outcome of the refund.
