Tips for chatting with our Virtual Assistant


  • Ask short and simple questions, one at a time. Such as:
    • “I’m moving. I need to disconnect electricity and gas.”
    • “Add my concession, health or seniors card.”
    • “I want a credit refund.”
  • Type your question fully before sending it.
  • Use full words instead of abbreviations, for example type ‘number’ instead of ‘no.'
