Set up your VoIP service

Before you begin

You’ll need your VoIP username and password. You can find these details in My Account or the AGL app

  1. Go to the Overview tab.
  2. Scroll to ‘My Internet and Mobile’ and select View my services.
  3. Select your VoIP service.
  4. Select My Service Configuration and you’ll see your username and password.

Note:

  • For some Netcomm models (NF18ACV, NL19, and Mesh devices running NC-16 or NC2 firmware), leave the Outbound Proxy field blank.
  • For Netcomm NF20, disable the outbound proxy on non-mesh models only.
