AGL and Rob Dolan Wines
- Agriculture (winery)
Rob Dolan Wines is situated in Warrandyte South and crush up to 1,700 tonnes of grapes per year. Their winery is considered state of the art and had everything a winemaker could hope for, except for an affordable source of energy.
Rob Dolan Wines were looking for an efficient energy solution to reduce their energy costs. The business also wanted their energy usage to be more self-sufficient and sustainable into the future.
With AGL’s solar Smart Plan, AGL installed a 99.8kW solar system onto their Warrandyte South site. This meant Rob Dolan Wines had no upfront capital costs and they started saving the day the system was switched on with low solar energy rates.
