AGL's submission in response to the AEMC's Reducing Customer Switching Times Rules consultation paper

AGL supports the principle of faster transfers as a mechanism for providing consumers greater control over the decision to switch retailers. It is in the customer’s interest to ensure that a transfer occurs effectively and correctly. We consider this can only occur on an actual read.
