Fee schedules

The fee schedule documents for market retail contracts and standard retail contracts provide details of the following fees (if applicable):

  • Payment processing fees, including late payment fee
  • Paper bill fee
  • Reconnection, disconnection and other pass-through fees
  • Other applicable fees

A market retail contract may include discounts and benefits that a standard retail contract will not.

Pass through fees

A distributor is a company (separate from AGL) that will look after the electricity poles, wires and pipes in your area. If we need to arrange a repair or service on your behalf, we may pass through the fees that they’ve charged us onto your bill.
