At AGL, we like to make things easy. So we’re pleased to offer our customers a monthly billing option. It gives you more control over when and how you receive your energy bills.
With monthly billing, you can get your energy bills monthly instead of quarterly. What's more, you can:
- select the day of the month your bills will be issued#
- have regular, smaller, easier to manage payments
- enter a self service meter read to avoid estimated bills.
How to set up monthly billing
It's easy to get started. Simply log in to My Account (or, register now if you haven't logged in before). Then, go to monthly billing and follow the prompts. You could also access your bill straight from your email inbox and avoid paper bill fees simply by switching to eBilling in My Account.
Receive up to 1,000 flybuys BONUS POINTS*
If you are a residential customer and link your flybuys, you can receive flybuys bonus points.
Sign up for monthly billing and you’ll receive 500 flybuys BONUS POINTS.* Plus, if you sign up for Direct Debit you’ll receive a further 500 flybuys BONUS POINTS.*
#Terms and conditions apply. Weekends and public holidays affect our ability to issue your bill on the day requested. Your bill payment due date will be 14 days from and including the day we issue your bill. Estimations will be used where an actual read is not available.
*To be eligible for flybuys BONUS POINTS from AGL, you must link your flybuys and AGL residential accounts. AGL will make one allocation of 500 flybuys BONUS POINTS for being signed up for monthly billing. You may also be eligible for one further allocation of 500 flybuys BONUS POINTS for being signed up for Direct Debit. One issue of 500 BONUS POINTS applies per residential account number.
