By submitting this form, you agree to AGL and its meter service providers collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of arranging your meter installation. AGL's meter service provider will use the above details to contact you regarding the installation. If we don’t collect this information, we may be unable to install a new digital meter at your supply address.
