Questions about EV subscriptions
Give us 30 days notice and we’ll put together a new contract. Or, do nothing and your subscription will roll over to month to month, up to a maximum term of 18 months.
We’ll reach out to you with a new contract you can sign if you’d like to keep your subscription past the 18 month mark.
At any time, you can give 30 days notice to end your subscription. There may be an early termination fee if you cancel within the minimum term.
Business EV subscriptions are invoiced on the first of each month.
You’ll be billed in advance for the month, starting from when you get your EV.
If you pick up or receive your EV before the first monthly invoice, we’ll simply add the difference to your final invoice.
