What happens if the power isn’t on the day you move in?
It's rare, but if we don't get you connected by midnight on the agreed move-in date, you can claim up to $250 credit per day for expenses you've incurred until your power is connected. Find out more about our Move-in Guarantee.

What do I need to organise my move?

1. Your moving date:

  • Notify us in advance and book it in online.
  • Or organise your move before 1pm Monday to Friday to arrange your connection for the next business day.

2. On moving day make sure:

  • There is safe access to your electricity meter.
  • The main electrical switch is turned off.
