Existing AGL customers receive a $50 Prepaid Digital Visa Card when they switch their AGL home energy plan to this plan. Eligible customers must sign-up via the dedicated AGL landing page or call 131 245 and quote ‘Westpac’. You must remain on this AGL energy plan for at least 30 days. Limit of one Prepaid Digital Visa Card per fuel, per customer, per supply address. To issue and activate your Prepaid Digital Visa Card, AGL's fulfilment partner Blackhawk Network Australia Pty Ltd (Blackhawk) will collect your name, email address and phone number. If you don’t provide this information, we can’t issue your Prepaid Digital Visa Card. Eligible customers who can’t receive a Prepaid Digital Visa Card via email will be sent a physical Prepaid Visa Card. To issue your Prepaid Visa Card via post, AGL will disclose your name and postal address to Blackhawk. Not available in conjunction with any other AGL offer, unless otherwise stated.
