Things you should know
The $100 Prepaid Digital Visa Card is for new and moving residential AGL customers who are BP Rewards members, that sign up to the AGL bp Energy Offer.⁺ Customers must remain on this plan for at least 30 days to be eligible to receive this offer and must provide an email address and mobile number upon sign-up.
You’ll receive instructions to redeem your Visa card within 45 days of successful sign-up and verification.

For residential customers who activate offer via My Account or the AGL app and join BP Rewards Unlocked.
Here are the fuel offer details:
- Get 4 cents off per litre at participating bp sites from the date you register for the offer.*
- Available with E10, 91, 95, Ultimate 98, Diesel and Ultimate Diesel. Discounts are per whole litre of fuel, and is subject to availability of the relevant fuel products.
- Offer applies to the first 120 litres of fuel purchased by you each day and a maximum of 3 fuel transactions per week.
- If you are unable to claim the BP Rewards Unlocked Offer at the time that the transaction is processed, for example where there is a technical issue/outage, you will be unable to claim the BP Rewards Unlocked Offer. bp will instead provide you with Points at a rate of 1 Point per cent of discount you would have received. Terms and Conditions apply to the redemption of these Points.
- Limit of one offer per customer applies. You can only register for the offer once.
- Discount ends when you close all residential AGL accounts or when you delete your Digital Account in the AGL app.
- This offer is personal to you and is not transferable. You must not allow any other person to use your BP Rewards card to claim the BP Rewards Unlocked offer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other fuel offer at bp.
How to redeem your fuel offer:
- Once you’ve activated your offer and registered for BP Rewards Unlocked, download the BPme app to get your digital card. Then, simply scan your BP Rewards digital card when you pay in-store.
- Please ensure you scan your BP Rewards card before you finalise your purchase to receive your discount. Unfortunately, retrospective discounts cannot be applied. Discount can only be claimed on purchases of fuel used exclusively for private (non-commercial) use. You cannot receive a discount when you pay for fuel in app with BPme, BP Plus or any other fuel cards.
- If you are an existing BP Rewards member, you can still activate this offer with AGL. After you register for BP Rewards Unlocked, you can sign in with your existing BP Rewards credentials using your email address and the offer will be added to your account automatically.
- If you have a physical BP Rewards card and would like to link it to your BPme account, within the BPme app go to More, Rewards card, Link Physical card.
Cancelling or switching your plan:
- If you switch to another AGL energy or telecommunications plan but remain a residential AGL customer, you’ll still qualify for the fuel offer. If you cancel your plan and don’t switch to another residential AGL plan, you will no longer be eligible to receive the fuel offer.

If you don’t provide this information, we can’t issue your Prepaid Digital Visa Card. Eligible customers who can’t receive a Prepaid Digital Visa Card via email will be sent a physical Prepaid Visa Card. To issue your Prepaid Visa Card via post, AGL will disclose your name and postal address to Blackhawk. Not available in conjunction with any other AGL offer, unless otherwise stated.
