Things you should know

Sign up easily online or call 1300 769 182 and mention the 'sign-up offer with Netflix’.

If you already have Netflix, you don’t have to cancel your existing Netflix plan.

Once your electricity is connected, we’ll email you instructions to activate a new Netflix account or link an existing one.

You’ll need to activate your existing Netflix account with AGL to pause your subscription with Netflix and avoid being billed twice.

When you sign up to the AGL Netflix Plan, you’ll get Netflix Standard with ads included in your electricity plan. Enjoy HD (1080p) video quality and stream and download on two devices at once.

You can upgrade to Standard or Premium at any time:

  • Netflix Standard (+ $11 (approx.) a month): Great video quality in Full HD (1080p). Watch ad-free on any phone, tablet, computer or TV. Download on 2 devices.
  • Netflix Premium (+ $18 (approx.) a month): Best video quality in Ultra HD (4K) and HDR. Spatial audio available. Watch ad-free on any phone, tablet, computer or TV. Download on 6 devices.

From 30 October 2025, Netflix Premium will change to $19 per month.
