AGL Three for Free eligibility

This energy plan is available to you provided:  

  • your supply address has a digital meter (also known as a smart meter, interval meter or comms meter)

  • you're a residential electricity customer located in an area where we operate within South Australia. 

If you do not or you no longer meet the eligibility criteria, then we may vary or end this market contract with reasonable written notice to you.  

If we reasonably form the view that the electricity consumed under this energy plan is excessive, unreasonable or for a purpose other than for personal or household consumption, we may end your plan with prior written notice to you and your electricity supply will continue under a Standard Retail Contract.  


AGL Solar Savers eligibility

To be eligible for the AGL Solar Savers energy plan in New South Wales, the inverter on your solar system must have and must continue to have a capacity of less than 10kW, and you must not receive a feed-in tariff under a government scheme. If we become aware that your solar system is ineligible or you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Solar Savers NSW plan, we may stop paying you the feed-in tariff associated with the plan and terminate your market contract, and your electricity supply will continue under a Standard Retail Contract. To be eligible for the AGL Solar Savers energy plan in Queensland, the inverter on your solar system must have and must continue to have a capacity of less than 10kW, and you must not receive a feed-in tariff under a government scheme. If we become aware that your solar system is ineligible or you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Solar Savers QLD plan, we may stop paying you the feed-in tariff associated with the plan and terminate your market contract, and your electricity supply will continue under a Standard Retail Contract. To be eligible for the AGL Solar Savers energy plan in South Australia, the inverter on your solar system must have and must continue to have a capacity of less than 10kW, and you must not receive a feed-in tariff under a government scheme. If we become aware that your solar system is ineligible or you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Solar Savers SA plan, we may stop paying you the feed-in tariff associated with the plan and terminate your market contract, and your electricity supply will continue under a Standard Retail Contract. AGL Seniors Saver eligibility

New South Wales customers with a valid Seniors card

This plan is available to residential customers in New South Wales who hold a valid New South Wales Seniors Card or New South Wales Senior Savers Card.

Queensland customers with a valid Seniors card

This plan is available to residential customers who hold a valid Queensland Seniors Card or Queensland Business Discount Card.

South Australian customers with a valid Seniors card

This plan is available to residential customers in South Australia who hold a valid South Australian Seniors Card.
