What’s included in your EV subscription

Find out what’s included in your electric vehicle (EV) subscription, and what’s not.


Included in your subscription

  • A new or low mileage electric vehicle

  • Comprehensive insurance coverage

  • 24/7 roadside assistance

  • A level 1 home-charging cable, which plugs into a standard power point

  • Standard maintenance (including regular servicing, fluids, and wipers)

  • Flexible contracts (30 days, 6 months, or 12 months) – cancel anytime* with 30 days' notice

  • The option to swap your vehicle every 6 months for a different model (subject to availability)

  • An 18,000 km allowance per year 

* There may be an early termination fee if you cancel within the minimum term of your contract

Kilometre allowances

Kilometre allowance

Your subscription allows you to drive your EV up to 18,000 km a year with no additional kilometre charges. This allowance is pro-rated, meaning 6-month subscriptions come with a 9,000 km allowance.

If you exceed your kilometre allowance you’ll pay an additional charge of 30 cents (incl. GST) per kilometre.

Maximum kilometre allowance

Your contract requires you not to exceed a maximum kilometre allowance of 30,000 kms per year (pro-rated for your subscription period). If you have travelled more than 30,000 kms (or the pro-rated amount), or you think you are likely to do so, you need to let us know immediately so we can discuss your options.

Going over this limit may affect what is covered by the fair wear and tear policy, and will result in additional charges when you return your vehicle.

Not included in your subscription

Charging costs

Your subscription doesn’t include the fees for public charging stations or the electricity you use to charge your EV at home.

Level 2 chargers

Your subscription includes a free level 1 home-charging cable, which plugs into a standard power point. If you’d like to upgrade to a faster home charger, you can purchase one from our home charger range.
