AGL will sign the customer up to the AGL VPP
The AGL Battery Sales team will sign the customer up to the AGL VPP. Upon sign-up, the customer will receive their VPP welcome letter. Their sign-up bonus and ongoing credits will appear on their next energy bill.
We'll test the battery
We’ll do an initial check to make sure the battery can connect to the VPP. This process can take up to 6 weeks from installation.
We’re all set
When VPP testing is complete and the battery is connected, you'll receive your rebate for the installation from AGL in the form a credit applied to your SolDis account.
