Share access to your account safely

Review your authorised contact persons

You can give limited account access to someone like your wife, husband, partner or carer, without sharing your password.

What an authorised contact person can do

  • Ask us for information about you and your account.
  • Ask us to make changes to the account, including disconnecting the supply.

Their access is limited. They can’t add new products or connections and they won't be listed on the bill. They have to contact us with any queries, as they can’t access your account online or in the app.

We recommend you review your authorised persons regularly. You can do this in your My Account security settings.
