Call 1300 001 031 at least 4 weeks before you want to be connected and request your new connection or upgrade.
Our team will send your energy contract with your connection details. If it's a new connection, a National Meter Identifier (NMI) will be allocated.
Once you return the signed energy contract, our team will be in touch to arrange a time for meter installation.

Relocations and existing connections
Call 1300 793 477 at least 4 weeks before your move and request relocation of your existing connection.
Provide your NMI details
Confirm with our team the date you wish to commence the connection and your NMI details.
Once we perform the relevant checks, your energy service for your new premises will be switched on.
