Over a 20 year career in sales for global brands like Rinnai, Reece, Sharp and Samsung, Troy has honed his commercial know-how across retail, online, distributor, trade, specifier and builder channels.
As AGL’s New Connections Manager for the Northern region, Troy is focused on building a team of dedicated professionals who provide a seamless end-to-end service that helps guide customers through any complexities and makes a positive difference in their business.
Prior to joining AGL in 2013, Aaron held various Account Management roles with BlueScope Steel while completing his Sustainable Enterprise degree.
Aaron began his time at AGL providing energy efficiency initiatives to reduce the costs of our commercial and industrial customers. He brings the same drive to providing a high level of service to his new connections customers by understanding what’s important and delivering on our service promise.
Laura has worked in the energy sector in both the UK and Australia since 2002. Since joining AGL in 2016 she has brought her extensive experience in process, sales and operations to her expanding BDM role, working with some of Australia’s largest residential builders. Her customer focus and professionalism has made her a highly respected member of the team.
Eddie has 10 years of experience across sales, account management and business development, as well as a proven track record of excellent customer service. He has developed lasting relationships across all levels of management in the building and construction industry, and enjoys nothing more than putting on a hard hat to attend meetings on-site, although he won’t say no to meeting you in an office either.
Paul brings his extensive Account Management experience in retail, trade and builder networks to delivering solutions for his customers. He expects your service expectations to be high and sets the same bar for himself with every job. Paul is keen on keeping pace with new technologies that can deliver better results for his business customers.
John joined as a Team Leader in 2011 before moving into his role as an analyst to further enhance our service delivery. John ensures the team can draw on the latest industry data and reports to deliver the best customer experience. He’s also responsible for keeping our all-important of online portal running smoothly for customers and consultants alike.
