This plan is available to small business customers, where AGL operates, as part of an ongoing market contract. Your energy plan ends when either you or we give notice that we are ending the plan, AGL will only end the plan in accordance with your market contract with us.

Rates and charges

The rates and charges under this energy plan are variable and can change with notice to you at any time. These rates will differ from AGL’s published variable rates and other rates that AGL may offer from time to time (including under the same plan). If we vary your rates, we’ll give you prior notice of the variation

eBilling

By signing up to this energy plan you agree to receiving your bills and other communication from AGL via email (eBilling). For the duration of this energy plan and subsequent contracts you will receive bills and other communications from AGL to your nominated email address. If your email address becomes inactive, invalid or you change your communication preferences, we will send you a paper bill and charges may apply.

Solar feed-in tariffs

For NSW Customers:

The solar feed-in tariff under this energy plan is variable and can change with notice to you at any time. To be eligible for AGL’s solar feed-in-tariff, the inverter capacity of your solar system must not exceed, or must be export limited to, 10kW and you must not be receiving a feed-in tariff under any government scheme. For QLD Customers:

The solar feed-in tariff under this energy plan is variable and can change with notice to you at any time. To be eligible for AGL’s solar feed-in-tariff, the inverter capacity of your solar system must not exceed, or must be export limited to, 30kW and you must not be receiving a feed-in tariff under any government scheme. For SA Customers:

The solar feed-in tariff under this energy plan is variable and can change with notice to you at any time. To be eligible for AGL’s solar feed-in-tariff, the inverter capacity of your solar system must not exceed, or must be export limited to, 10kVa per phase and you must not be receiving a feed-in tariff under any government scheme.
