About Betsy
Non-Executive Director since 3 October 2025
Betsy has over 30 years' experience in the energy sector across a broad range of organisations, including ASX listed companies and government agencies, and in both Non-Executive Director and senior executive positions. Her previous executive roles include technical and commercial roles, and her Non-Executive Director roles include extensive experience on audit and compliance, risk, technical, regulatory, remuneration and health and safety committees.
Betsy has a deep knowledge and understanding of the Australian energy industry, including significant experience advising on the energy transition as a Board member of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency and as a panel member to the Solar Flagship Council, and extensive markets and systems experience from her time as a Director of the Australian Energy Market Operator.
