Tilt Renewables

Tilt Renewables is a landmark financing initiative created by AGL in 2016, designed to unlock investment in large-scale renewable energy. In November 2025, AGL divested 19.9% of its 20% equity interest in Tilt Renewables.

AGL development pipeline projects

In August 2024, AGL announced the acquisition of Firm Power and Terrain Solar. Firm Power was a battery project developer and Terrain Solar was a solar project developer. Following the acquisition, AGL has several proposed battery and solar projects underway.
