Transmission ring-fencing guideline review of negotiated services consultation

AGL has made a submission to the Australian Energy Regulator’s (AER) Transmission ring-fencing guideline review of negotiated services consultation.

AGL expressed support to extend the ring-fencing guideline to include all negotiated transmission services as well as various other improvements. We also raised concerns around proposals to maintain existing staffing requirements for TNSPs without any separation, and the removal of the maximum term limit for ring-fencing waivers.
