Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (HVAU) Consultation

AGL has made a submission to the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) Hunter Valley Access Undertaking (HVAU) 2027 Renewal Process Consultation.

AGL outlined key concerns with the proposal including 10-year contract term requirements. We also highlighted the importance of recognising future opportunities such the changing resources and energy landscape and allowing for optionality and fair access for domestic coal and non-coal freight vs. export coal.
