AGL responds to the AEMC’s Assisting Hardship Customers Consultation

The National Energy Retail Rules Amendment 2025 (Assisting Hardship Customers) seeks to improve outcomes for energy customers experiencing financial hardship. This consultation is part of the Australian Energy Market Commission’s broader suite of Energy and Climate Change Ministerial Council (ECMC) customer-focussed energy retail rule changes.
