Transmission ring-fencing guidelines issues paper

AGL has made a submission to the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) Transmission ring-fencing guidelines issues paper consultation.

AGL expressed support to extend the ring-fencing guidelines to cover all negotiated transmission services. AGL highlighted the risk TNSPs misusing their monopoly power under existing regulatory arrangements.
