CFMEU withdraws proposed industrial action

AGL Energy Limited (AGL) has received notification from the CFMEU that the union has withdrawn its proposed industrial action. This proposed action related to a stoppage of work on 28 December 2016 at the AGL Loy Yang power station in Victoria.

As a result of this withdrawal, there is no longer any need for AGL to take employer response action.
