ACCC Statement of Issues re Macquarie Generation
AGL Energy Limited (AGL) notes that the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has today released a Statement of Issues outlining its concerns with AGL’s proposed acquisition of Macquarie Generation.
AGL is reviewing the Statement of Issues with a view to making further submissions in accordance with the ACCC’s timetable.
