Things you should know
If you're new to My Account, you'll need to register first, which only takes a few minutes. You'll be prompted to accept our terms and conditions to activate AGL Rewards.
Once you've registered for AGL Rewards in My Account, go to the For You tab, and select ‘Keep exploring’ to view offers. If you see an offer you like, follow the directions to redeem the offer.
For further details, please refer to the AGL Rewards terms and conditions. You can also check the retailer’s terms and conditions listed on their website.
On the offer page, select 'redeem offer'. You'll be taken directly to the retailer's website to purchase your items.
It’s important to familiarise yourself with any terms and conditions that may apply to an offer before redeeming any reward. These are determined by the retailer and not AGL.
Please make sure to follow any directions in the offer. For example if a promo code has been provided, enter the code at check-out to apply the discount.
