If you're new to My Account, you'll need to register first. You'll be prompted to accept AGL Rewards terms and conditions and activate AGL Rewards.
Once you've registered for AGL Rewards in My Account, go to the Rewards tab, and then click "Keep exploring" to view offers. If you see an offer you like, follow the directions to redeem the offer from the retailer directly.
Make sure you check out our terms and conditions and any terms and conditions on the retailer's site.
On the offer page click 'redeem offer', from there you'll be taken directly to the retailer's website to purchase your items from the retailer.
It is important to familiarise yourself with any terms and condition that may apply to an offer before redeeming any reward as these are determined by the retailer and not AGL.
You should also make sure to follow any directions in the offer, for example if a promo code has been provided, enter the code at check-out for the discount to be applied.
