Whilst we will always do our best to connect you on time, please contact us at least three business days prior to your desired connection date so we have enough time to organise your connection.
Step 2: Arrange for your power connection to occur the day before you plan to move.
Connection can take place at any time on the agreed connection date, including up until midnight! If you want to ensure your power is on at your new home before you move in, please request your connection date to be on the business day before you plan to move.
Step 3: Provide access to your new meter.
Ensure the main electrical switch is off in your new home and that there is safe access to the meter.

A $50 credit (GST inclusive) will be applied to your bill if connection occurs after your agreed move-in date, with at least three business days’ notice, and the delay was not due to unsafe site conditions, no access to the meter and/or the meter main switch not being turned off.
