Residential customer enquiries

Speak to us anytime on 131 245 if you need help with your AGL account. You can also pay your bill over the phone by calling 1300 657 386 or pay using the AGL Energy App (download on iTunes or Google Play).

Business customer enquiries

Small business customers can contact us 24/7 on 133 835. Large business customers can contact us during business hours on 1300 793 477 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm AEST, excluding public holidays).

Emergencies

Call 000 for major incidents where there is a risk to life or property. For water emergencies, call 131 766.

Faults and outages

Please call the distribution company responsible for your area's gas or electricity supply. This number can be found on your AGL bill under 'Faults and Emergencies'.

Gas supply and meters

Call us on 131 245 if you have no gas, your gas has been disconnected in error, your meter is stolen, or you require a meter re-light due to construction works.
