Brendan Weinert - Commercial Sales Manager

Brendan has over eight years of energy industry experience, starting in the Multi-Site market working with a number of major brands across Australia.

Joining AGL in 2006 as a Business Development Manager, Brendan was responsible for sales growth in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland before moving into Merchant and being responsible for some of AGL’s largest customer portfolios.

Prior to heading the Premium New Connections team, Brendan was responsible for managing a number of Merchant customers energy portfolio’s by delivering energy solutions in the areas of lighting upgrades, carbon liabilities, major gas connections and energy wholesale contracting to name a few.

Now, as the New Commercial Sales Manager, Brendan is committed to delivering market leading services and customer experience in the New Connections space. And with all that experience, Brendan can give your connections the premium service they deserve.

Daryl Moore - Customer Service Manager - New Connections

Daryl has worked with AGL since 2008, managing Billing Services until 2010 when he took over managing New Connections.

With recognised leadership skills, Daryl has successfully overseen changes to the way new connections are handled, culminating in the establishment of the Premium New Connection team.

In this role, Daryl leads a team of experienced New Connection Specialists and consultants to ensure exceptional service and timely co-ordination of all new connection requests for major builders, electricians and plumbers.

With a strong focus on customer experience and service, Daryl will ensure that your new connection process is a seamless and efficient experience each and every time.

Bradley Barlow - New Connections Business Development Manager - VIC & SA

Joining AGL in 2001, Bradley has a total of 10 years experience in the utilities industry.

Bradley's experience in managing industrial and commercial clients, and relationship management and attention to detail, has seen him move into the New Connections Business Development Manager role, responsible for South Australia and Victoria.

Bradley is committed to ensuring your new connections process is a faster and more efficient way of doing business, along with forging solid relationships for the future.

Nigel Caldwell - Business Development Manager New Connections - NSW & QLD

Nigel has recently joined the Premium New Connections team.

He has a very strong industry background with established networks in the building industry. He has held key Account Management and Business Development roles within the building industry including his time at Rheem and Bathe, where his portfolio consisted of the top 20 builders including Masterton Homes and Clarendon Homes.

Nigel is customer focussed with proven experience in providing premium service delivery.

Danny Innes - Trade & Retail Account Manager

Danny joined AGL in 2007 working in the transfers team before moving into the Business Customers acquisition team as an Acquisition Sales Executive.

Danny brings 4 years experience of working with small and large market customer across acquisition and multi-site segments.

Danny also worked in a relief capacity in the Large Market New Connections BDM role.

New Meter Installations

For new properties that don't have existing energy connections, we can help you organise your connection.

We can also help install the relevant meter, get the gas or electricity running and assist you with a great plan.

To start the process, you'll need to provide us with a few details online about the property address and gas and electricity connection type. You'll also need to have ready any paperwork that is applicable in your state.

Once you've given us all the details, we'll get started and call you to arrange connection dates and confirm a few more details.
