Good news with new AGL Premium Solar Rebate from 1 November 2009.

We’ve introduced a new AGL Premium Solar Rebate for all Net Metering customers from 1 November 2009. AGL will now pay 52 cents* per kWh of electricity that customers generate and don’t use themselves.

The increase is made up of two parts. The first is the State Government scheme rebate of 44 cents* per kWh. On top of this, AGL is adding an extra 8 cents* per kWh above the Government scheme rebate.

The new AGL Premium Solar Rebate will automatically be applied to all eligible accounts from 1 November 2009.
