Connecting Energy to a New Property 

New connections

For new properties that don’t have existing energy connections, we can help you organise your connection, install the relevant meter, get the gas or electricity running and assist you with a great plan.

To start the process, you’ll need to provide us with a few details online about the property address and gas and electricity connection type. You’ll also need to have ready any paperwork that is applicable in your state.

Once you’ve given us all the details, we’ll get started and call you to arrange connection dates and confirm a few more details.
